1. Personalized Products

All of our storybooks are custom-made and personalized based on the information you provide.

Because of this, personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of production defects or errors caused by us.

This policy complies with applicable UK/EU consumer regulations regarding customized goods.

2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before personalization and production begin.

Once the design process has started, cancellation is no longer possible due to the custom nature of the product.

3. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will resend the file or assist you.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your printed book arrives damaged or contains a production error:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number

If the issue is confirmed, we will:

We do not offer refunds for minor color variations due to screen differences.

5. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

We are not responsible for errors resulting from:

  • Misspelled names
  • Incorrect details
  • Wrong shipping address provided at checkout

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Customs processing delays
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are granted only in cases where:
